You may want to look at the CANNP Blog (www.cannp.ca – and click on the CANNP Blog at the very bottom).
On the right side of the blog page find Practice Development and there you will find loads of articles. Two in particular which may help are “Focus, Master, Teach” by Client attraction Coach Jenna Dalton and another called “Presentations Smooth as Silk.”
